Privacy Choices

Effective date: September 12, 2026 · Draft V4
Pre-launch legal draft. This text is a product-ready starting point, not legal advice. U.S. counsel should review governing law, liability, privacy-law applicability, tax and cross-border terms before public launch.
Privacy choices. These prototype controls set local browser preferences. Production should also persist authenticated-user choices server-side and connect them to the actual analytics/advertising tag manager.

1. Non-essential tracking choices

You can reject analytics and advertising technologies that are not necessary for core site/service operation.

Analytics: product/website measurement.

Advertising: campaign measurement or targeted advertising tags.

2. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, PayoutChecker’s production implementation should treat that signal as an opt-out of applicable targeted-advertising/share processing for that browser where required.

3. Data rights requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or opt-out choices. Email privacy@payoutchecker.com. We may verify identity or authority.

4. Business-client data

If your request concerns data that PayoutChecker processes for a restaurant/accounting firm, contact that business first; PayoutChecker will assist the business under its contractual/privacy obligations.
