1. Currency and taxes
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales, use or similar taxes may be added where required. PayoutChecker uses Stripe to process payments. Tax treatment may vary by customer location and applicable registration obligations.
2. Current public launch prices
- Owner Solo: $79/month launch price, public reference price $99/month, 1 location, up to 2 supported marketplaces.
- Owner Duo: $129/month total, up to 2 owner-managed locations, up to 2 supported marketplaces per location.
- Recon Pro: $199/location/month.
- Finance & Recovery: $249/location/month.
- Accounting Partner: $449/month including 10 locations, plus stated additional-location fees.
- White Label: $849/month including 20 locations, plus stated additional-location fees.
- Multi-location: contract/quantity pricing shown in Order Form.

3. Marketplace add-on
Owner Solo/Duo include up to two supported marketplaces per location. The All Marketplaces Pack is +$20/month per owner workspace and unlocks all marketplace sources currently supported by PayoutChecker. New/unsupported sources are not guaranteed.
4. Other add-ons and services
Optional recurring or one-time services may include Priority Support, Payout Review Concierge, Rate Card Setup, Historical Audits, Custom Parser Setup and Managed Payout Audit Launch. Exact price/scope is displayed before purchase.
5. Automatic renewal
Recurring subscriptions and recurring add-ons automatically renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring charges and applicable taxes.
6. Founding / launch pricing
A struck-through reference price is not a promise that the reference price has previously been charged to every customer. When PayoutChecker offers a Founding/Early Access price, checkout will identify the actual amount charged and any conditions governing how long the launch price remains in effect. We will not use fake countdown timers or fabricated scarcity.
7. Plan changes and proration
Upgrades or recurring add-ons may produce a prorated charge for the remaining billing period when disclosed in the billing UI. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal. Location-based quantities may adjust billing as locations are added/removed. We will show the applicable billing effect before an authorized user confirms a change.
8. Cancellation
Self-service subscribers may cancel through PayoutChecker billing settings or Stripe Customer Portal when available. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period. You retain paid access until that date.
9. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable for elapsed billing periods except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or for a confirmed PayoutChecker billing error. Canceling stops future renewal rather than retroactively refunding the current period.
For one-time services, refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status. If PayoutChecker accepts payment for a specific audit that cannot be processed because the supplied format is unsupported and no alternative/custom parser is agreed, we will refund the unfulfilled audit fee. Work already completed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the Order Form.
10. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, PayoutChecker may show a past-due warning, retry through Stripe, restrict new analyses after a grace period, and eventually suspend paid processing. We do not immediately delete historical data solely because a payment fails.
11. Price changes
We may change prices prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive notice where required/appropriate before a change takes effect on a future renewal. Promotional/founding pricing is governed by the terms shown at purchase.
